  • *Money Back Guarantee does not include the original ship to or return shipping costs.

  • Customer has the responsibility to pay for and ship items for return in a safe and trackable manner via US Postal, UPS, or Fed-Ex. shipping Insurance must also be included to cover exact value of the purchased items.

  • All original boxes products and packaging must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date in like new condition in order to be eligible for a full refund. 

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of product being returned, and can only be made by using the return form below. 

  • A full refund is determined by personal inspection of your return and if restocking is required.
    Up to a $50 restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.
    1.If there is any damage to the packaging boxes and they cannot be reused and new packaging must be attained.
    2. If we are required to restock the item due to a cancellation of your order after we have had international shipment from Austria occur.

  • Denial of a refund may apply if there is any physical damage (internal or external tampering) to any of part of the products. 

  • Refunds won't be issued if products were submerged or harmed from water or liquid damage of any kind. 

  • You must use our return form below prior to returning products to ensure a 7 working day refund. Refunds are made via PayPal only.
