Here are some important steps you can take to greatly reduce your exposure to cell signals & harmful wireless frequencies
1. Put your cell phones, wireless tablets and laptop computers in airplane mode or turn off the wi-fi when not in use. Especially at night when sleeping.
Having your device on all the time is greatly increasing your exposure to radiation. Most people find in daily use, taking their device off of airplane mode only once and hour to download messages, make return calls, download apps, check facebook or get files doesn't affect their lifestyle as much as they think.

For many people, the cellphone follows us all throughout the day, even into the bedroom. Many people place their cellphone at their bedside table before catching their nightly z's and think nothing of it. But many experts believe that this not only disturbs sleep, but can worsen some of the potential health risks. If you sleep an average of 6-10 hours a night with your phone within a 6' radius from your head, then you're only worsening your exposure. Again, either turn your phone off, or put it on airplane mode and use it as your alarm clock like I do. Similarly, wifi routers should stay out of the bedroom as well, and some sleep experts even recommend removing electronics from the bedroom altogether. You don't have to go overboard, but begin thinking about creating a space that is ideal for sleeping, and relegate electronics to other parts of the home.
2. Eliminate all wireless DECT / cordless phones and replace with analog wired phones
Cordless phone radiation research from Swedish scientists concludes that cordless phones raise the risk of developing cancer. After evaluating malignant brain tumor patients’ usage of cell phones vs. their usage of cordless phones, they found the cancer risk was multiplied for those who used DECT cordless phones and combining the two made the risk even higher.

If you thought you could solve the problem of cell phone radiation by switching back to your landline phone and your landline is a cordless phone, think again. 4. Disable or turn off bluetooth features in your car. Get a wired in ear microphone and headset instead. Autos with Bluetooth enabled emit exceedingly dangerous levels!

Most new autos 2012 or later models are integrating Bluetooth into their radios, steering columns and dashboards. They emit extremely high frequencies and most do not have an off switch. They radiate you even when you are not using them. Get the dealer to disable this or demand an on off switch feature if possible. If you must talk while you drive use the speakerphone or a safe airtube headset to reduce radiation exposure.

Another really important replacement is to get rid of any/all compact fluorescent light bulbs you have. Again these bulbs have resonance with the wi-fi and dirty electricity and wreak havoc on the mental / emotional bodies. Especially children. They are extremely toxic and have mercury in them which off gasses. Did you know all Smart TV's radiate Wi-Fi even if you are using a wired ethernet connection? The manufacturers don't offer an on or off switch, but you can open the back of the LCD to disconnect the wi-fi antennae to solve this problem. It may void a warranty but it's the only way to protect yourself and your family from being radiated. TV's are stationary and usually close to a provider outlet, so wireless use on a stationary device is unnecessary. Same goes for Roku type devices. Make these all wired connections for your safety.
